Founded in 2014, OLG Services is a full-service construction management firm providing Design-Build, Construction Management, and General Contracting services for industrial, commercial, educational, and governmental projects.

OLG Services has more 10 years of design-build and construction management experience and the firm’s principals have over 35 years of construction engineering expertise.

Our Story: How We Got Here

The Beginning

Dean Oliver, Tim Little, and Tony Gipson grew up together as friends in Franklin County, TN. After college, the three friends worked in the defense, space and rocket industry.

The fact that the firm’s principals are licensed engineers brings a unique level of knowledge and expertise to any project. Our engineering focus enhances our ability to discover value engineering opportunities, find creative problem solutions, and provide knowledgeable insight into critical building systems and structures.
